Scope

2025 International Symposium on Design Studies and Intelligence Engineering (DSIE2026) will be held in Shenzhen, China on December 5-6, 2026, which will provide a platform for all professionals and researchers from industry and academia to present and discuss recent advances in the field of design studies and intelligence engineering. Design studies has vary in technologies applied, from basic theories to more application systems, while intelligent engineering also plays tightly with design science including computer aided industrial design, human factor design, and green house design; and intelligence engineering technologies also includes topics from theoretic and application topics such as, computational technologies, sensing technologies, and video detection etc. The conference will also foster cooperation among organizations and researchers involved in the merging fields, invite worldwide well-known professors to further explore these topics, and discuss in-depth technical presentations with the presenters. All papers will be reviewed by 3-4 referees and program chairs of the conference committee will draw the decision based on the score of each paper. DSIE 2026 is sponsored by Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, local sponsored by Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, and co-sponsored by Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society-Industrial Design, Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, Techno India College of Technology, Chinese Academy of Art, Xiamen University of Technology, International Institute for Design Enginners, and DesignOne Publishing House (USA).

All accepted papers (including session papers) will be published in Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications (ISSN: 0922-6389) and will be submitted for Ei Compendex, more indexing information will be available at

Paper Submission

The paper will be no less than 6 pages, you need to pay extra page fee if your paper is more than 10 pages, please use the Word Template (instruction (PDF)) to prepare your draft submission. Please submit your paper(PDF) through online submission system: http://www.dsieconf.org/openconf/ (click make a submission to get a paper id and then upload paper (PDF) later using id and password) or send paper to dsieconf@163.com directly if your file size are large than 4M. Please select the right sessions' name if you want to submit your paper in sessions in system.
